Through the Health Council of Northwest Ohio (HCNO), we connect people to medical and social services that work together — helping individuals and families meet their needs and move forward with confidence.

We bring generations together to share stories, reduce loneliness, and create meaningful relationships that uplift everyone involved.

We have piloted programs to address education, social connection, and workforce development – three social drivers that impact the overall well-being of a community.
Shared Services
Mission 3:10 creates collaborative impact by helping to strengthen other community organizations. We seek to provide resources, infrastructure, and support to help other non-profits and community organizations do more.
